The Frama | Ole Palsby cutlery is an interpretation of the original Palsby design from 1989. Ole Palsby studied cutlery for two years before designing the collection. In close collaboration with local craftsmen in Japan, they developed a collection where the function meets form within a characteristic design. The newly interpreted collection is a special matte sand- and glass blasted edition.
The shape of the fork head fits the shape of a plate, making it easy to pick up food and fluids. The middle prongs are long and ideal for spearing, while the edges can be used for parting or slicing without mashing the food.
