If you sign up for the FRAMA Newsletter (Private, Professional (Contract Dealer, Architect, Wholesale) or Press), you can expect to receive newsletters regarding FRAMA’s products, promotions and events per e-mail. Pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR, your email address and other personal data will be stored. This information is used to validate your subscription with an opt-in confirmation message, and to send the FRAMA newsletter. It will not be used to send any other unsolicited e-mail.
In order to carry out our e-mail marketing, we use Klaviyo as a third-party service. All data collected by Klaviyo is considered customer-first data. This includes zero-party data which comprises of information proactively given to us by our customers e.g. e-mail addresses, phone numbers and birthdays, or first-party data which includes information observed by FRAMA on our own properties e.g. what products have been clicked.
You can withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing carried out with your consent up to the withdrawal. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the relevant link in the newsletter or by contacting us. Your email address will then be removed from the distributor.
