Withdraw from Your Order

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are an EU-based customer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of delivery. This right applies regardless of whether the item was purchased at full price or at a discount, and is separate from FRAMA's commercial returns policy described in our Returns Policy here. Custom, bespoke, or made-to-order items are exempt from the right of withdrawal.

Upon withdrawal, you will receive a confirmation email. FRAMA will issue a full refund, including the original standard shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
