Warranty

FURNITURE
All furniture products come with a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery, subject to assessment of use and condition. Please note that the warranty does not apply to:

- Natural variations inherent to the materials used

- Changes in surface finish resulting from aging or light exposure; all FRAMA products are designed for indoor use unless stated otherwise

- Damage caused by assembly not carried out in accordance with FRAMA guidelines, or by improper use or maintenance

- Fabric damage resulting from machine washing or tumble drying

- Burns, tears, stains, creases, scratches, or other damage caused by animals or misuse of the product

CARE PRODUCTS
All care products come with a 1-year warranty from the date of first use.
