Home Cooking: Warm Spiced Apple Juice
Developed by Chiara Barla, head chef and curator at FRAMA’s Apotek 57 in Copenhagen, her Warm Spiced Apple Juice recipe is a fragrant and warming drink to enjoy over the cooler months.
"Being Denmark-based makes us appreciate our local produce. We are always on the hunt for seasonal fruits and vegetables. Apples, in this case, are one of the oldest, average standby Danish staple that has been accompanying everyday lunch packets and cafeteria meals since the beginning of time."
"This recipe is a twist to the all-time-favorite apple juice sparking a new flavor flame, a treat for the cold days packed with nutrients and vitamins”.
- Chiara Barla
